Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to paid Explorer Reading Workshops, Glossary Walkthroughs, and On-Chain Briefings booked directly with Spark RouteBase. Free articles and glossary pages are not subject to refunds.
Deposits
A 30% deposit confirms your scheduled slot. The balance is due before the session begins or before we deliver a briefing report, as stated in your confirmation email.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before the session: Full refund of any amount paid, or transfer to a new date at no charge.
- 24–72 hours before: Deposit is non-refundable; balance refunded if already paid.
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund unless we can fill the slot with another reader.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩15,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed remote or in-person session and give no notice, the full session fee is forfeited.
Cancellation by Spark RouteBase
If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking, your choice.
On-Chain Briefings
Once research has started (usually within one business day of deposit receipt), the deposit is non-refundable because staff time and data review are allocated. If we cannot complete a briefing due to our error, you receive a full refund. Partial refunds may apply if scope was misstated by us in the initial quote.
Work already started
Prepared materials — printed transaction sets, draft briefing sections — represent work performed. Refunds after delivery of partial materials are calculated minus time already spent.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (paid explorer API credits, rush courier of printed materials) are non-refundable once purchased.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@spark-routebase.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
